Blackpool Fringe Project recently became a member of Northern Lights. A programme specifically aimed at supporting and promoting creative and media industry businesses. The Northern Lights Project is to be situated in a prestigious new building in Preston called the Media Factory, due to open in September. As a beneficiary, Blackpool Fringe Project will be able to take advantage of state of the art media facilities.
